Choosing the right bathroom company is an important decision, and it’s completely understandable to have questions before getting started. To help, we’ve put together answers to some of the questions we’re asked most often.

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No please feel free to call in anytime we are open 7 days a week, if you think you may need more time then give us a call or email us to make an appointment.
What are your showroom opening hours?
We are open 7 Days a week, Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Sunday 10am till 4pm.
Where is your showroom located?
Our showroom is located at: 73 Clarendon Street, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4PN
Is parking available?
Ample on street parking, free for 2 hours.
Can I bring plans or photos of my bathroom?
Yes please do, it will help with the designs and options.
Do you stock all the products on display?
Yes we do and more.
Do you offer 3D bathroom designs?
Yes we can do a 3D design with a VR option.
How long does the design process take?
Depending on the size and complexity, from half a day to several days.
Can you work with awkward or small bathrooms?
Yes we can.
Can you design luxury or bespoke bathrooms?
Now that is our speciality.
Can I buy products without using your installation service?
Yes you can.
Can you help me choose products if I'm installing myself?
Yes you can.
Can I order individual items rather than a full bathroom?
Yes you can.
How long does delivery take?
Generally within a day or 2, special order items can take longer.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes we can.
Do you offer a complete supply and installation service?
Yes we offer a fully project managed service from start to finish.
How long does a typical bathroom installation take?
We allow on average up to 2 weeks.
Will I be left without a toilet during the installation?
It can be arranged with your fitter to reinstall the toilet each night.
Do you remove and dispose of my old bathroom?
Yes we do dispose of your old bathroom.
Do you arrange plumbing, electrics, tiling and plastering?
Yes we do. Royalty Bathrooms offers a fully managed service including bathroom design, plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering, flooring, decorating, and final installation. You will have a dedicated project manager throughout your project. All of our tradespeople and staff are fully employed.
Will someone manage the project from start to finish?
Absolutely, we like to stay in the loop to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes it is.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes we can.
Do you provide free quotations?
Yes we do provide FREE quotations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept, cash, card or bank transfers.
When do I need to pay?
A £250 deposit secures your installation date, you then have a 14 day design period to finalise your choices and designs, we then require half the payment for your products before we order them and the balance before we deliver them, for the installation you will pay your installer direct once the project is completed.
What happens after I accept the quotation?
We will be in touch to get things moving.
How soon can installation begin?
Depending on how busy we are at the time it is generally around a month or two.
Will my home be protected during the work?
Yes all our installers are fully insured and use carpet/floor protectors and take all necessary steps to insure nothing in your home is damaged.
How much disruption should I expect?
A little but hopefully not too much.
Will you clean up after the installation?
Keeping our working area as tidy as possible is important to us and helps to minimise the mess. We will clean the work area at the end of each day to ensure dust particles do not travel throughout the property and we will ensure the space is left immaculate at the end of the job.
What happens if unexpected problems are found?
We will inform you, there is very little we will not be able to overcome and rectify.
What guarantees do you provide?
We provide a 12 month guarantee on all the labour and a full guarantee with all our suppliers.
What warranties do the products come with?
Product warranties varies with each manufacturer from 2yrs, 5 yrs to a life time guarantee.
What happens if something goes wrong after installation?
Please get in touch and we will arrange your installer to call and make an appointment.
